T&T SupermarketThe Opportunity null You Will Delivery & Driving Duties • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. • Safely operate a company vehicle (e.g., cargo van such as Ford Transit 250 or similar). • Load and unload products according to company procedures. • Deliver customer orders on assigned routes in a timely manner. • Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer confirmation upon delivery. • Maintain delivery logs, mileage records, and required documentation. • Communicate with dispatcher or supervisor regarding delivery status and issues. • Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. • Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Keep vehicle clean and in good working condition. Fulfillment & Warehouse Support Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Organize and stage merchandise for delivery or shipping. Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory handling. Ensure proper handling of perishable and temperature-sensitive products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. General Support Provide basic coordination support by communicating delivery updates to internal teams. Follow established procedures for safety and operational compliance. Perform other duties as assigned to support delivery and fulfillment operations. You Should Have / Be Required Qualifications Valid driving license with ability to drive delivery trucks in each region, ON - G class, BC/AB - Class 5. At least 5 years of delivery driving experience operating a cargo van (e.g., Ford Transit 250 or similar) safely, with 2 years of operating a temperature-controlled cargo van. Ability to follow directions, routes, and standard operating procedures. Knowledge of customer service principles to provide excellent service and resolve customer inquiries or issues. Ability to follow assigned routes and use navigation tools to complete deliveries efficiently. Ability to recognize delivery issues during routes and promptly report them to the dispatcher or supervisor. Ability to follow applicable traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures when operating a cargo van, and perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., pre-trip inspections). Ability to follow established safety protocols and guidelines to help prevent accidents and report safety concerns to a supervisor. Ability to maintain a steady work pace and follow instructions during busy delivery periods. Demonstrates professional and courteous behavior when interacting with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting 40 – 60 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery timelines. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and may be required to undergo drug and/or alcohol testing based on reasonable suspicion, post-accident, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, dispatchers, and customers. Basic knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance reporting. Ability and willingness to work 6 days per week, including Friday to Sunday, and public holidays.
