Delivery Driver

Primo’s Pizza – Allen Park / Downriver Position Overview The Delivery Driver delivers orders safely and professionally while assisting with kitchen prep and cleaning tasks when not on the road. Reliability, hustle, and consistent work ethic are required. Primary Responsibilities Delivery & Customer Service Deliver orders promptly and courteously. Handle delivery money responsibly; return all banks/change at end of shift. Use pizza bags unless instructed otherwise. Maintain professional attitude; never show frustration over tips. Make no unauthorized stops; go directly to deliveries and back. Keep radio volume low and avoid smoking in the vehicle. Pick-up dinner rolls etc. from bakery Kitchen & Prep Support Cut cheese, onions, and green peppers as needed. Stretch party trays and return empty trays to proper storage. Assist with dough prep (cutting, rolling, flouring, bagging). Wash any dishes you dirty and assist with dishes as needed. Help with phone orders once trained. Complete miscellaneous cleaning tasks assigned by management. End‑of‑Night Duties Clean prep tables and prep cart. Vacuum back hallway. Mop back kitchen area. Finish all assigned cleaning before leaving. Take garbage/recycling bins to the curb and return them the following day Work Expectations Stay busy at all times when not on delivery (prep, dishes, trays, phones, etc.). Notify management immediately if your vehicle becomes unusable. You are responsible for finding coverage for missed shifts except in true emergencies. Shift trades/coverage must be approved by a manager or owner. May be asked to arrive early or stay late based on business needs. Deliver missing or corrected items if an order error occurs. Driving & Safety Requirements Obey all traffic laws, speed limits, and posted signs. Never text while driving; pull over to check directions. Always wear a seatbelt and use headlights at night. Yield to pedestrians; use turn signals consistently. Maintain valid insurance and driver’s license; notify management of any lapse. Allow vehicle safety inspections when requested. No passengers while on the clock. No illegal substances at work or arriving under the influence. Professional Conduct Arrive on time, ready to work. Maintain a positive, courteous attitude with customers and staff. Only conduct Primo’s business while on the clock. Pay: $80.00 - $200.00 per day Work Location: In person
