Delivery Driver

Job Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll keep deliveries moving safely and reliably while creating a positive experience for customers. You’ll drive assigned routes, transport merchandise, and communicate clearly with clients about deliveries. This role combines customer service and hands-on work. Responsibilities Drive delivery routes and transport merchandise using a company vehicle; follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safe driving practices. Load, unload, and move products using safe lifting practices, including handling heavy items as required. Confirm delivery details, provide timely client communication, and build strong customer relationships through professional service. Support sales by sharing relevant product information, assisting with pricing questions, and identifying appropriate upselling opportunities. Help with merchandising and product organization; complete basic delivery records accurately. Skills Required: Valid authorization to drive the assigned vehicle and a safe driving approach. Required: Customer service, communication, and organizational skills, including clear client communication and dependable route driving. Required: Basic math skills for checking quantities, delivery details, and pricing. Ability to lift and move merchandise safely; familiarity with automobile transportation is a plus.
