As the holiday delivery season approaches, we’re welcoming full-time, part-time, and seasonal applicants . No delivery experience? We’ll train you. You won’t have to figure it out alone Our management team brings more than 50 years of combined experience in the delivery business . With our comprehensive paid training program and a friendly team that has your back , you’ll have guidance and support as you learn your vehicle, route, and delivery responsibilities. Pay, benefits, and perks Base pay starts at $160 per day , with higher starting rates available based on experience. Route-based threshold pay can increase daily earnings above your starting base rate. Applicable thresholds and pay terms depend on your assigned route and will be explained during hiring. Typical eight-hour workdays and local routes—home every day. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities. Comprehensive paid training—no previous delivery experience required. Employer-paid required DOT physical and medical certification. Paid time off , subject to eligibility. Company-provided uniform shirts, pants, and jackets—you bring the boots, we’ll bring the uniform! Experienced management and a friendly, supportive team. Vehicles and schedules Our fleet ranges from vans to straight trucks , with training provided for your assigned vehicle. Assignments depend on qualifications and operational needs. We’ll discuss your availability during the interview to find a fit with our coverage needs. Weekend work is required at least once per month. Workday length may vary with package volume, weather, and route conditions, particularly during the holiday season. What you’ll do Safely deliver and pick up FedEx packages Load and organize your delivery vehicle Follow navigation tools and scan packages accurately Complete daily vehicle inspections and report concerns Provide courteous customer service Communicate with management and teammates throughout the day Work outdoors in changing Minnesota weather Who should apply We’re looking for dependable, safety-minded people who enjoy active work, bring a positive attitude, and are willing to learn. Previous delivery, warehouse, customer service, or driving experience is welcome, but delivery experience is not required . Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, meet applicable driver qualification requirements, and be able to perform the physical duties of package delivery, with or without reasonable accommodation.
