As a Delivery Driver Associate, you are the face of our company — delivering packages safely, efficiently, and with outstanding customer service. No delivery experience? No problem. Paid training provided. Compensation & Benefits ● $24.75/hour starting pay ● Weekly Pay ● Bi-weekly performance bonuses ● Company-provided delivery van ● Paid training ● 401(k) with company match ● Health, dental & vision insurance (Full-Time) ● Paid time off ● Profit sharing ● Flexible scheduling Key Responsibilities ● Safely load and deliver packages ● Drive a company van (under 10,000 lbs.) ● Work 3–5 days per week (up to 10-hour shifts) ● Follow strict safety protocols ● Use handheld GPS device for navigation ● Deliver in various weather conditions ● Provide exceptional customer service Qualifications ● 21+ years old ● Valid NJ driver’s license (CDL not required) ● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ● Comfortable driving a delivery van ● Strong work ethic & positive attitude ● Ability to communicate in English Why SACB Logistics?
