Delivery Driver and Sales Representative
Burquitlam LiquorAbout the role We're growing beyond our neighbourhood. You'll deliver our online store's orders across Metro Vancouver in a company vehicle, and you'll build relationships with restaurants, bars and event organisers to bring in new business. Delivery duties Run scheduled next-day delivery routes for online orders. Check photo ID for every alcohol delivery, and refuse delivery to anyone under 19 or intoxicated. Take payments where needed and record each delivery. Keep the company vehicle clean, safe and inspected. Sales duties Visit hospitality businesses and event organisers to introduce our products and services. Build and maintain customer accounts, and follow up on leads. Work with store management on pricing and orders. What you'll need A valid BC driver's licence with a clean driving record. A Serving It Right certificate, or willingness to get one during probation. The ability to lift cases of up to about 25 kg. Confidence and good communication skills in sales. Hospitality or beverage experience is a plus. Availability for some evenings and weekends. Pay $20 to $25 an hour, plus commission on hospitality sales.
