Delivery Driver and Merchandiser
City wide (BROKER)We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and organized Delivery Driver & Merchandiser to join our Canada Bread route operations in Calgary. This role involves delivering fresh bakery products to assigned retail stores, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and merchandising products on store shelves. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining strong relationships with store managers and customers. Key Responsibilities - Deliver bread and bakery products to assigned retail stores on schedule. - Load and unload products safely and efficiently. - Stock and merchandise products on shelves according to store requirements. - Rotate stock and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures to maintain product freshness. - Check product displays, ensure proper shelf presentation, and maintain product availability. - Remove expired or damaged products according to company and store procedures. - Verify orders, invoices, and delivery quantities for accuracy. - Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff. - Follow assigned routes and complete daily delivery and merchandising tasks. - Maintain cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle. Qualifications & Requirements - Valid Class 5 driver's licence. - Good driving record. - Previous delivery driving or merchandising experience is an asset. - Ability to lift, carry, and move bakery products throughout the workday. - Strong time-management and organizational skills. - Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Attention to detail when handling deliveries, stock rotation, and shelf presentation. Compensation - $25 per hour - Full-time opportunity. - Hands-on experience in bakery distribution, delivery, and merchandising. Pay: $23.21-$26.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
