Delivery Driver and Audio Visual Warehouse Technician

Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented delivery driver and AV Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations and equipment logistics. This role plays a critical part in ensuring professional audio-visual equipment is properly scanned, prepped, transported, and returned in show-ready condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This position combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery driving and requires previous experience safely operating both box trucks and Sprinter-style cargo vans. Key Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and Sprinter/cargo vans for local deliveries and pickups Properly secure AV equipment and road cases for transportation Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently Verify equipment and documentation before leaving the warehouse Complete deliveries and pickups professionally and on schedule Communicate with the warehouse team regarding delivery status, delays, or issues Scan equipment in and out using the inventory system Pull, prep, and stage equipment based on project pull sheets Ensure gear is tested, labeled, clean, complete, and show-ready Inspect returned equipment for damage or missing items Assist with general shop tasks and daily operational needs Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and vendors Qualifications Previous experience driving a box truck required Previous experience driving a Sprinter-style cargo van or similar commercial vehicle required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable navigating local delivery routes and safely backing, parking, loading, and unloading larger vehicles Prior warehouse, delivery, or logistics experience preferred Audio-visual, event production, or equipment-rental experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pull sheets and delivery instructions Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs. and move equipment/road cases Ability to work on your feet throughout the day Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Application Question(s): On call weekend availability Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
