Job Summary Now Hiring – No Experience Required! EVJ Logistics LLC is hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages throughout the local area. No previous delivery experience is required — paid training is provided! You’ll drive a company-provided delivery vehicle, follow a designated route, and deliver packages safely and efficiently to homes, apartments, and businesses. This is a fast-paced, physically active position that's a great fit for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and being on the road. Why Join EVJ Logistics? Starting pay: $22.50/hour Weekly pay Paid training – no experience required Company-provided delivery vehicle — no personal vehicle needed Consistent routes and schedules Full-Time, Part-Time & Seasonal opportunities Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Load, organize, and deliver Amazon packages along your assigned route Deliver to homes, apartments, and businesses Use a mobile device and GPS/navigation tools throughout your route Safely enter and exit the delivery vehicle frequently throughout the day Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and delivery requirements Conduct vehicle inspections before and after your shift Provide friendly and professional customer service Communicate with the team regarding route or delivery issues Maintain a safe and steady pace to complete your assigned route Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid non-probationary driver's license No delivery experience required Comfortable driving a van/sprinter-style company vehicle Comfortable using a smartphone and navigation apps Able to lift and move packages throughout the shift Able to frequently walk, climb stairs, bend, lift, and enter/exit a delivery vehicle Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Able to work independently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Reliable, safety-focused, and able to manage time effectively Weekend availability required – Saturday or Sunday Schedule Shift Start Times: 9:45 AM | 10:10 AM | 10:30 AM Typical Shift: Approximately 9–10 hours Job Types: Full-Time | Part-Time | Seasonal Routes and schedules may vary based on operational needs.
