Delivery Driver

Job Description: Minuteman Press is the world's largest full-service design, print, and marketing franchise network, serving clients ranging from small local businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Minuteman Press of Watertown is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our high-quality printing, marketing, and design products are delivered to our local clients safely and on schedule. Core Responsibilities Transport & Navigation: Deliver packages and pick up packages in the Greater Boston area (destinations are within 30 minutes) using GPS and mapping tools to plan efficient routes. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections, keep the vehicle clean, and report mechanical issues. Compliance & Safety: Obey all local, state, and federal traffic laws and safety regulations. Documentation & Handling: Load, secure, and unload packages, handle proof of delivery, obtain signatures when necessary, and keep accurate delivery logs via iPAD. Customer Service: Communicate with customers with a professional and courteous attitude. Key Qualifications & Requirements License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. Physical Ability: Ability to sit for long periods, reach, bend, and lift boxes up to 40 lbs briefly to load and unload from dolly Technological Skills: Ability to use an iPad to collect delivery signatures, names and plan routes Soft Skills: Can-do attitude with customers, strong time management, spatial awareness, basic mechanical aptitude, and reliability. Uses company owned vehicle Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm with occasional overtime until 5pm, schedule permitting. 30 minutes of unpaid lunch break. 7 paid holidays per year 5 paid sick days per year (accrued based on hours worked) 5 days of paid vacation days per year (accrued based on hours worked) 401(k) company matching up to 4% Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
