You will be employed by Right and Go, Inc., an independent Amazon Delivery Service Partner – not by Amazon. PAY & BENEFITS Pay: $24.50 per hour Paid every two weeks (bi-weekly) Overtime paid per California law (over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week) Paid training – you earn from day one Paid sick leave for all employees (as provided by California law) Paid time off, medical, dental and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees Company van, fuel and uniform provided – no CDL required Career growth: Lead Driver, Dispatcher and Operations roles promoted from within SCHEDULE Full-time and part-time positions available Shifts start at 10:00 AM and run 6 to 9 hours depending on the route Shifts rotate and can fall on any day, Monday through Sunday, including weekends New drivers typically start at 2 to 4 days per week; more days are offered as you build experience and meet performance goals WHAT YOU'LL DO Load, sort and deliver packages to homes and businesses Drive and operate your delivery van safely at all times Follow routes and delivery details on a company handheld device Deliver professional, friendly service to every customer Work outdoors in all weather conditions PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (with or without reasonable accommodation) Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs Walk up to 12 miles per shift, including stairs Get in and out of the van frequently and stay active throughout the shift REQUIREMENTS At least 21 years old Valid California driver's license Authorized to work in the United States After a conditional job offer: pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record (MVR) review and background check, all conducted in accordance with California law Right and Go, Inc. will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
