Compensation & Employment Opportunities Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour Compensation is based on several factors, including: - Previous delivery and driving experience. - Driving skills and qualifications. - Type of delivery assignment. - Route distance and responsibilities. - Vehicle arrangements. - Position requirements. Both W-2 and 1099 opportunities may be available: - W-2 Employees: Hourly positions with payroll tax withholding and applicable employment protections. - 1099 Independent Contractors: Independent business opportunities with compensation based on the applicable contractor agreement, which may include route-based or per-delivery rates. The advertised hourly range applies to eligible hourly positions. Independent contractor rates may differ and will be disclosed before accepting assignments. Responsibilities - Pick up and deliver packages, auto parts, medical supplies, and other authorized items. - Follow delivery instructions and applicable safety standards. - Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. - Use GPS and delivery applications. - Handle deliveries safely and accurately. - Maintain punctuality and reliability. - Report delivery delays or issues promptly. Requirements - Valid driver's license. - Responsible driving history. - Smartphone with GPS capabilities. - Professional communication skills. - Ability to complete deliveries safely and independently. - Previous delivery experience preferred, but not required for every position. - Ability to meet applicable insurance, vehicle, and assignment requirements.
