This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for candidates who take pride in their work and are looking for long-term stability in a company that values hard work, reliability, and loyalty. As our business has expanded tremendously in growth over the last two years, we are seeking amazing staff members to support our company. Position Summary: This role involves both frozen warehouse operations and local delivery driving. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision. We are looking for serious professionals who are prepared to meet the physical and operational demands of this position. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a frozen warehouse Load and unload trucks safely and accurately Drive a frozen box truck for local deliveries Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records Perform daily safety checks on vehicles and equipment Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA standards Assist with maintenance and general warehouse upkeep Required Qualifications: Proven reliability and a strong work ethic Experience with warehouse equipment and RF scanners Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record Prior experience operating box trucks required Physically capable of working in cold environments and lifting 60+ lbs at a time Mechanically inclined or open to learning basic equipment maintenance Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures Team-oriented with a professional attitude What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Annual performance-based bonus Stable, daytime schedule (no night or weekend shifts) A professional, traditional workplace focused on accountability and respect 401(k) profit sharing (eligible for employees employed for more than one year) Sick-pay Paid time-off Holiday Pay Medical Insurance Employees must pass the 90 day probationary period before being eligible to receive benefits.
