Delivery Driver

Brock Cabinets is hiring motivated Warehouse Delivery Drivers to help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. No CDL required. This is more than just a driving job. You'll play a key role in delivering quality products to our customers, preparing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring job sites receive the materials they need on time. This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a performance review after 90 days and the potential for a wage increase based on performance. Please note: Any offer of employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening. What We Offer: Competitive Hourly Pay Full-Time, Stable Employment Monday–Friday Day Shift Home Every Night Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Voluntary Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Opportunities for Advancement and Career Growth What You'll Do: Deliver cabinets and materials safely to customer job sites Load and unload cabinets, countertops, and related materials Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management Verify deliveries for accuracy and completeness Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent customer service while representing Brock Cabinets Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals What We're Looking For: Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3-5 years of driving experience Clean driving record required from the past 3-5 years Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 75 pounds on a regular basis Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Warehouse, delivery, construction, or material handling experience preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Job offer is contingent upon a Background check, clean MVR and Drug screening.
