The Role As a Transfer Truck Driver, you'll keep our branches stocked and our customers supplied by moving product between the Kaysville warehouse and our other locations. You'll operate a straight truck (GVWR up to 26,000 lbs), load and unload freight, and help out in the warehouse between runs. What You'll Do Drive scheduled transfer routes between the Kaysville warehouse and other LINC branches Load, secure and unload product, including palletized freight Operate a forklift safely to load and unload the truck and stage freight in the warehouse Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues Verify transfer paperwork and shipments for accuracy Keep the truck clean, organized and in safe working condition Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed What You'll Need Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Current DOT medical card (required to operate a vehicle with a GVWR of 26,000 lbs). No CDL required. Willingness to become forklift certified (LINC provides training) Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting Reliable, punctual and safety-minded Must be at least [21] years old Nice to Have Previous box truck or straight truck experience Forklift experience or current certification Familiarity with Northern Utah routes Bilingual English/Spanish Why LINC Steady part-time hours Paid forklift certification training Supportive, safety-focused team [Additional perks, e.g., employee discount, PTO]
