Delivery Driver
Visionary MealsJob Responsibilities: Safely operates a company vehicle to deliver Visionary Meals orders to customers and designated pickup locations. Loads, transports, and unloads meals while ensuring orders remain secure and properly handled throughout delivery. Follows assigned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Provides friendly, professional, and positive customer service during deliveries. Handles customer questions or concerns professionally and communicates any issues to the appropriate team member. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle. Follows all company policies, traffic laws, and safe driving practices. Communicates effectively with the Visionary Meals team regarding delivery status, delays, missing items, or other issues. Represents the Visionary Meals brand in a professional and positive manner while interacting with customers and the public. Skills/Qualifications: Valid driver's license and clean driving record Basic written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to follow directions and delivery schedules Time-management skills Ability to work independently Ability to navigate using GPS/maps Professional and friendly customer service skills Decision making Handles pressure Team player Coachable Open-minded Basic food safety knowledge Safe driving practices Reliable and punctual Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred, but not required Hours: Must be available Tuesdays, 7a-3p Additional Requirements: Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle for the duration of the shift. Must be able to safely lift and carry meal orders and coolers as needed. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Visionary Meals. Must be dependable and punctual, as deliveries are time-sensitive.
