Your main mission is to safely and efficiently load, organize, and deliver packages to local business and residential addresses. The Schedule: 8–10 hour day shifts. Available schedules include Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday . (Weekends as needed; weekends are mandatory during the peak holiday season). Independence: Manage your route with minimal supervision while providing exceptional customer service. Safety First: Perform accurate Pre-trip and Post-trip vehicle inspections, follow all DOT regulations, and communicate effectively with managers. Weatherproof: Deliver with a smile, whether it's beautiful Wisconsin sunshine, rain, or winter snow. What We're Looking For (Requirements) No previous delivery experience? No problem. We will train you! Here is what you need to qualify: Age: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license. Commute: Must reliably commute to 3251 Berlin Dr La Crosse WI 54601 Physical Fitness: Ability to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs, and up to 150 lbs with a hand cart. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Background & Screening: Must pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screen. Important Safety Note: Over Scale Inc. strictly abides by DOT regulations. We maintain a strict alcohol and drug-free workplace and conduct random drug screens throughout the year.
