Delivery Driver

Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate transportation of company products to designated locations. This is a demanding position that requires flexibility, strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict company procedures. The position operates on a four-day workweek consisting of extended shifts, with approximately one mandatory overnight trip per week. Applicants must be comfortable with long days, overnight travel, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability while representing the company. Schedule & Travel Requirements Four-day workweek with extended daily shifts. Mandatory overnight travel approximately once per week. Overnight stays are a required part of the position and are not optional. Flexibility is required based on delivery routes, business needs, and operational demands. Must be comfortable spending extended periods on the road. Occasional schedule adjustments may be necessary. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled deliveries. Transport products securely and maintain the integrity of all deliveries. Follow assigned delivery routes, schedules, and company procedures. Verify delivery orders, quantities, and required documentation for accuracy. Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and all required paperwork. Follow all company policies regarding vehicle use, product handling, security, and confidentiality. Maintain professional communication with customers, receiving locations, and management. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle. Follow all applicable transportation laws and regulations. Report delays, incidents, discrepancies, or concerns promptly to management. Perform additional duties as assigned. Strict Company Requirements This position requires a high level of trust, responsibility, and compliance. Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures is mandatory. Must follow all security, product transportation, and documentation requirements. No unauthorized stops, passengers, or deviations from assigned routes. Accurate and timely completion of all delivery paperwork is required. Professional conduct and confidentiality must be maintained at all times. Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential. Any violation of company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record. Previous delivery or professional driving experience preferred. Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability. Must be comfortable with mandatory overnight travel. Ability to work extended shifts within a four-day schedule. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods. Ability to enter and exit a vehicle frequently. Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required. Ability to perform delivery-related physical tasks safely.
