Role Description The Delivery Driver role at 1UP Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Daytona Beach, FL. Delivery Drivers are responsible for loading packages, following assigned routes, and delivering parcels safely and on time to homes and businesses. Daily tasks include operating a delivery vehicle, scanning and tracking packages, following delivery procedures, and providing courteous customer interactions at each stop. Drivers are expected to follow all safety guidelines, comply with traffic laws, and maintain the cleanliness and basic care of the delivery vehicle. The role may involve working weekends or holidays based on delivery volume and business needs. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with customers. Experience with Forklift Operation or similar equipment handling is beneficial for loading and unloading tasks. Background in Training or mentoring is helpful for supporting team development and onboarding new drivers. Exposure to Sales or Food & Beverage roles is an asset, demonstrating comfort working in fast-paced, service-oriented environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company and partner driving requirements. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages, including repetitive physical activity throughout the shift. Reliable time management skills and the ability to follow route plans and delivery instructions accurately. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior delivery or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
