Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Holland, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, ensuring that packages and products reach our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers following all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instruction. Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns. Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments Represent our organization with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance coverage Working smartphone with data capability for GPS and communication Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications Positive attitude, punctuality, and demonstrated reliability Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with team members Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing delivery demands Professional appearance and demeanor Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
