Delivery Driver

Overview As a Delivery Driver, you’ll bring products directly to customers while creating a dependable, helpful experience from dispatch through delivery. You’ll drive assigned routes, handle merchandise safely, and communicate clearly with clients and team members. Your impact: Careful, on-time deliveries help customers receive their purchases smoothly and build lasting trust. Duties Drive delivery routes and transport merchandise, including automobile transportation, in accordance with applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety procedures. Load, unload, and move products using safe lifting practices; heavy lifting may be required. Provide attentive customer service, communicate delivery updates, resolve routine concerns, and build positive customer relationships. Support sales through appropriate upselling and clear explanations of pricing. Assist with merchandising and related tasks, drawing on retail store experience where applicable. Qualifications Required: Valid driving credentials appropriate for assigned vehicles, a safe driving approach, and the ability to follow route instructions and DOT requirements. Required: Basic math skills for checking orders, quantities, and pricing; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is helpful. Required: Strong communication, client communication, and organizational skills, with a customer-focused approach. Preferred: Experience in sales, upselling, merchandising, retail, or customer relationship building. Able to perform delivery-related lifting and handling safely; route driving experience is an advantage.
