Delivery Driver

Niradia Group of Companies (the “Company”) is a privately owned, proudly Canadian company, founded in 1971 that has long-standing experience, a proven record of accomplishments, and a well-respected presence in Western Canada, operating in four main divisions: Construction Property Management (Centura Building Systems Ltd.), Real Estate Development (Solterra Group of Companies), Property Management (Rossano Property Management Group), and Hospitality Management. We are currently looking for someone to join our team as an Experienced Delivery Driver for our projects under construction for material handling and deliveries. Basic Requirements: A valid British Columbia driver's license (Class 5) and clean driver’s abstract Ability to deliver packages and materials throughout the downtown Vancouver and surrounding area Must have Forklift certification (5-10%) Must be able to drive Automatic & Standard vehicles Ability to safely operate a full-size, company-owned vehicle Fluency in English - Written and Verbal Carry & lift 50 pound items Knowledge of the Lower Mainland Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Compensation: Competitive Salary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour Work Location: In person
