Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills and route driving knowledge to maximize productivity. Deliver products to retail stores, commercial clients, or designated locations with precision and professionalism. Build strong customer relationships through friendly communication and attentive service during each delivery. Conduct heavy lifting and merchandise merchandising as needed, ensuring proper handling and safe loading/unloading procedures. Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records in compliance with company policies. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or automobile transportation preferred. Strong math skills for pricing calculations, basic math tasks, and route planning. Proven experience in retail store environments or customer service roles is a plus. Knowledge of DOT regulations, heavy lifting techniques, and safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting and merchandise handling. Organizational skills to manage delivery schedules efficiently and maintain accurate records. Prior experience in sales or upselling is advantageous but not required.
