Your day starts at the station around 8:00 AM , where you’ll organize your already loaded vehicle for the day’s route. Once you’re ready to go, you’ll head out and deliver and pick up packages throughout your assigned area. You’ll spend most of your day on the road, working independently, meeting customers, and staying active. Most routes are completed between 3:00–4:30 PM , depending on route volume, traffic, weather, and individual efficiency. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Organize your daily route before departure Deliver and pick up packages within designated service time windows Provide professional and friendly customer service Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Operate the delivery vehicle safely and responsibly Learn and efficiently navigate your assigned route Safely handle packages of various sizes and weights Protect packages from damage while loading, transporting, and delivering Follow all company and safety procedures Work safely in changing weather and road conditions WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You don’t need to be a professional delivery driver to succeed here. We can teach you the job — we’re looking for the right attitude. The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Self-motivated and able to work independently Safety-conscious Customer-service oriented Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and carrying packages Able to stay organized and manage time effectively Comfortable using a GPS for navigation (iPad using an application called "Groundcloud") REQUIREMENTS Must be 21 years of age or older Clean driving record with no accidents or major violations within the past 3 years Must successfully complete a DOT physical (We cover the cost of the physical) Must pass a drug screen Must pass a criminal background check Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs.
