Company Description Index Distributors is a Delivery Service Partner based at Amazon Warehouse (DII3) - Indianapolis, 8316 Allison Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Description Do you like driving and embrace safe driving? YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND HOLD A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE Why You’ll Love Working as a Delivery Associate with Index: Starts at $22.75/hour Incentives bonus on top of start pay rate based on performance and compliance. Four 10h days working independently per week. (At least one Weekend Day required) 10:15 AM start time *earlier start time options temporarily available during Peak season. A fast-paced, supportive and fun company culture. Delivery Associate Responsibilities: Load delivery vehicles with packages up to 50 lbs. Get in/out of a van and walk up/downstairs throughout their shift. Drive SAFELY, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws. Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions and times of day (light and dark). Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!
