Delivery Driver

We are a Durable Medical Equipment company looking for a delivery technician to pick up and deliver durable medical equipment such as oxygen, hospital beds, wheelchairs etc. to patients in and around the Chattanooga, TN area. Delivery of all required equipment to patients, including instructing them on use and safety Make sure that delivery vehicle is appropriately stocked, and cleanliness in warehouse and delivery vehicle is up to highest standards. Complete delivery and pickup paperwork promptly and accurately and returning the paperwork to the office in a timely fashion Assist in cleaning, disinfecting and minor repair of different types of equipment. Ensure day to day maintenance is performed on the assigned delivery vehicle Maintains a neat, clean personal appearance. Must be willing to take on-call shifts on a rotating basis Requirements Must be 25 or older Must Have a valid Driver’s License Must have a clean driving record Must pass drug screen (drug test is required) Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs as required on delivery Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
