Pizza Delivery Driver – Job Description A dependable and customer-focused Pizza Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering pizzas and other food orders to customers safely, accurately, and on time. Duties include picking up orders from the restaurant, verifying order accuracy, handling cash , providing friendly customer service, and maintaining a clean and reliable delivery vehicle. The driver must follow traffic laws, use navigation tools to find delivery locations, and represent the restaurant professionally. Key Responsibilities: Deliver food orders promptly and safely. Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the restaurant. Provide excellent customer service and a positive delivery experience. Collect payments and provide correct change when necessary. Follow traffic laws and restaurant safety procedures. Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle. Communicate with restaurant staff and customers regarding delivery issues. Qualifications: Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle working cell phone Good driving record and knowledge of local routes. Strong communication and customer service skills. Punctual, dependable, and organized. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to handle food orders and payments responsibly. Pay: $24.53 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week Shift availability: Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Lyons, IL 60534 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
