Delivery Driver

This is a Full-Time position with Next Delivery LLC, where we deliver packages! Our Delivery Drivers are the backbone of our operation, and we take pride in getting every order to our customers doors on-time and in perfect condition. What We Looking For Must be 21 or older Eligible to work in the U.S. Valid driver’s license required Your Responsibilities Safely drive and operate our delivery vehicle Navigate routes using our handheld device system Deliver packages in all weather conditions rain or shine! Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs) Provide excellent service and represent Next Delivery LLC with pride Work Location: On the road This is a Full-Time position with Next Delivery LLC, where we deliver packages to customers! Delivery experience is a plus, but not mandatory As we grow, supervisory roles will be available Equipment provided: Delivery Vehicle & Gas Phone- company phone will be provided at the start of each shift and returned at the end of the shift. Uniforms Benefits, Compensation and Scheduling: $23/ Hour to start 4 work days ( 10 hours shift; must have at least 1 weekend day availability) Paid training Paid Overtime Paid Time Off (begins accruing immediately at start of employment) Health insurance 401K Requirements: Must be at least 21years old Must hold a valid U.S Driver's License Must be authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include marijuana) Key responsibilities: Successfully handle and deliver packages on time Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction Work in all weather conditions; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day Communicate effectively with the team Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, delivering packages, and communicate with supervisors and other team members Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Pay: $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Paid training Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Work Location: In person
