Warehouse Assistant & Driver Bionic Auto Parts – Milwaukee, WI Position Summary Bionic Auto Parts is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Assistant & Driver to join our Milwaukee team. This position is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations while also making local deliveries and pickups as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, willing to help wherever needed, and understands the importance of getting the correct auto parts to our customers safely and on time. Primary Responsibilities Warehouse Duties Receive, organize, and put away incoming auto parts. Pull and stage parts for customer orders and delivery routes. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Verify parts and paperwork before orders leave the warehouse. Assist with shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory organization. Inspect parts for obvious damage before loading or delivery. Keep warehouse, loading areas, and workspaces clean and organized. Help maintain accurate locations of parts within the warehouse. Assist drivers and other team members with loading larger or heavier parts. Help ensure all scheduled parts and orders go out each day. Follow all Bionic Auto Parts safety procedures. Driving & Delivery Duties Deliver auto parts to customers safely, professionally, and on time. Pick up parts, returns, cores, and other materials from customers and vendors. Verify that the correct parts are loaded before leaving for deliveries. Obtain required signatures and properly handle the deliveries, and the paperwork. Communicate delivery issues, delays, damaged parts, or customer concerns to management. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers. Perform basic daily inspections of assigned delivery vehicles. Keep company vehicles clean and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Must have a good driving record, MVR record will need to be present Must be able to safely operate company delivery vehicles. Ability to lift and move automotive parts and other warehouse materials. Ability to work on your feet and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to perform both warehouse and driving responsibilities based on daily business needs. Automotive parts or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. The employee will work in both warehouse and outdoor environments and may be exposed to varying weather conditions while making deliveries.
