Galo Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring Delivery Associates. You'll drive an Amazon-branded van and deliver packages to customers on an assigned route — no delivery experience needed, since we provide paid training from day one. Each shift starts with meeting at the Van lot in Deerfield and then driving to the DM06 station in Boca Raton for loadout, where you'll load your assigned packages before following a GPS-guided route to residential and commercial stops. Along the way, you'll scan packages with a handheld device, provide friendly service at the door, and safely handle varying weather and road conditions. We're looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who are at least 21, hold a valid driver's license (no CDL required), and can pass a background check and drug screening. The role is active work — expect to lift packages up to 50 lbs and be on your feet, in and out of the van, for most of the shift. Full-time (40 hours, 4 days a week including one weekend day) and part-time schedules (typically 2-3 days a week including one weekend day) are available, with 10 hour shifts that start at 10:00am and can include holidays.
