Delivery Driver, No CDL, $180–$280/day + Bonuses, Hiring for Peak (Swan Island) Regal Logistics, Inc. is an independent contractor delivering for FedEx out of the West Portland station on N Cutter Circle (Swan Island). Our routes cover Beaverton, Tigard, and SW Portland. You'll be a W-2 employee of Regal, not FedEx. We're hiring for Peak (Black Friday + Christmas shopping season) and beyond, and we care more about character than résumé. If you are reliable and hardworking we will teach you the skills. Pay (paid weekly every Friday) Training pay is $180/day (usually 2–4 weeks) Post-training pay starts at $180/day (daily rate raises with experience) plus variable pay outlined below +$1 for every stop over 100 each day +$10/day performance bonus Monthly bonus opportunities Most drivers average about $240/day, and heavy weeks can reach about $280/day Benefits Health insurance through Meridio, with Regal paying half your premium (up to $150/month) Paid time off on FedEx service holidays 40 hours of paid vacation per year after your first year Paid sick time per Oregon statute Schedule Full-time and part-time openings Monday–Friday or weekend shifts Start around 8 AM until route completion Days average about 8 hours, and skilled drivers often finish in under 6 Who does well here No delivery experience needed. The real job You'll get 20k steps every day, lift packages up to 150 lbs with a hand truck, climb stairs, and work in rain, heat, and cold. It's physical, fast, and independent. This job is not easy.
