Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport products safely and reliably while creating a positive customer experience. You’ll follow routes, communicate clearly with clients, and delivery to products to our cafe's & wholesale clients. Your impact: Safe, timely deliveries and helpful service make it easier for customers to receive and enjoy their purchases. Duties Drive company delivery vehicles on assigned routes and follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety procedures. Keeping the vehicle clean & notifying management of any needed maintenance. Load, unload, and transport products using safe lifting practices; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Confirm orders with cafe's & clients and use basic math to verify quantities & transactions. Provide customer service & build customer relationships Support merchandising and product presentation, and stay organized with delivery records and route details. Experience Required: Valid drivers license and a safe driving record; commercial driving or commercial truck driving experience is preferred. We do not require CDL. Required: Strong communication skills, including clear client communication, and a customer-focused approach. Preferred: Prior route driving or delivery experience. Ability to use basic math, manage route driving tasks, stay organized, and lift products safely.
