Delivery Driver
Reliable Office Solutions*Overview* We are seeking dedicated Box-Truck/ Van Delivery Driver(s) to join our team. Both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods from one location to another in a safe and timely manner. * Responsibilities* Begin and end each day in Staten Island Warehouse. Drive vehicles with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of up to 26,000 pounds Load and unload cargo (Business equipment/copiers) Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to assist with loading and unloading Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently Perform heavy lifting Experience with Motorized Hand Truck-Stair Climber, preferred Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members *Qualifications* - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is NOT required for these open positions. Driver's License and clean driving record is required. At least 1 yr experience as Box Truck/ Van Delivery Driver or similar role is required. Knowledge of route planning and safe driving practices is required. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks efficiently- is required. (Benefits shown for Full-Time Employment).
