Overview We are hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in the North Indianapolis/Zionsville area. Experienced delivery drivers are encouraged to apply. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates who are newer to delivery operations Duties Safely deliver and pick up packages Operate company-provided delivery vehicles Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Use scanners and company-provided routing technology Meet service commitments Load and unload packages Provide professional customer service Follow DOT, and company safety procedures Maintain strong attendance and reliability Compensation & Benefits $190–$210/day , based on delivery experience Paid training Daily stop-performance bonus Safety performance bonus Company-provided safety shoes Company-provided scanner pouch Company-paid delivery optimization & route-planning software Consistent routes and schedules Full-time and part-time opportunities Opportunity to grow into Lead Driver / management positions Requirements Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass required background screening and drug testing Good driving record Comfortable driving step vans / delivery vehicles Able to repeatedly enter and exit the vehicle throughout the day Able to lift and maneuver packages weighing up to approximately 75 lbs independently and heavier packages with appropriate equipment Reliable, safety-focused and comfortable using GPS/scanner technology We are looking for drivers who want consistent work, competitive pay, modern routing tools and an operation that rewards safe and efficient performance.
