Delivery Driver — $175/Day Base + Stop Pay (No CDL)

Overview DM Logistics Mgmt Inc. is a local delivery company that delivers FedEx Ground packages in the Ashland and Richmond area, and we're building our driving team now. Great fit for delivery drivers, couriers and van drivers — no CDL needed. You'll run your own route out of our Ashland station: the same area every day, so you learn it and get faster. Pay $175 a day base, plus stop pay for every stop over the daily target. Business stops and pickups count extra, so every route type pays fairly. Most days pay $195–220. Heavier routes pay more. Stop pay is earned on a clean day: no missed pickups, service exceptions or safety events. Paid weekly Raises at 6 months and 1 year. We don't pay a sign-on bonus. We pay you to stay. Schedule 4 days a week, 3 days off Includes weekends on a rotating basis Report around 8:00 AM (a little earlier on Mondays) Days usually run 8–10 hours; routes are capped at about 10 paid hours Responsibilities Deliver and pick up packages on a route of around 140 stops a day Drive a well-maintained, air-conditioned delivery van (automatic; no CDL needed), following traffic laws and DOT safety rules Scan every package and record delivery status on a handheld scanner Get in and out of the van all day; regularly lift packages up to 50 lb, using a hand truck for heavier ones Give customers professional, courteous service, in all weather Requirements 21 or older A valid driver's license and a good driving record: no DUI or suspension, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years Able to pass a DOT physical, a drug screen and a background check Authorized to work in the United States Conversational English, because federal roadside safety inspections are conducted in English Reliable transportation to our Ashland station Delivery, courier or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
