Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily deliveries to various locations in Western Mass., CT, VT, NH, and the Greater Boston Area while ensuring timely and safe delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in route driving and possess strong customer service skills. You will operate a van and will be required to handle heavy lifting, making physical fitness an important aspect of this position. Duties Safely operate a box van to deliver products to designated locations. Follow planned routes and schedules for efficient delivery. Load and unload goods using a pallet jack or manual lifting techniques. Ensure all deliveries are completed promptly while adhering to safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments. Skills Proven experience in route driving and delivery services. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required. Experience operating a panel van is preferred. Proficient in using pallet jacks, dollies, and other material handling equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
