Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver’s license, experience with commercial driving, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving items. The Delivery Driver plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our logistics operations. Duties Safely operate box trucks or similar vehicles for route driving and deliveries Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques Ensure accurate delivery of products to customers’ locations according to schedule Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory and organizing stock Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine safety checks Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety on the road Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or route planning tools Handle heavy lifting and physical tasks related to loading and unloading shipments Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or similar role with route driving responsibilities Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required Experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles with manual transmission is a plus Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is advantageous Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform physical tasks involving moving items Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving and warehouse operations Prior experience in warehouse work or logistics is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and adapt to changing routes or priorities Job Type: Full-time Pay: $44,648.24 - $53,769.93 per year Work Location: In person
