Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable, physical, and customer-focused part time Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary face of our company on the road, responsible for delivering, picking up, and swapping heavy commercial entrance floor mats, for our business clients. This is an active, fast-paced role that keeps you moving. Key Responsibilities Route Driving & Delivery: Safely operate a delivery vehicle along a scheduled route to deliver clean mats and pick up soiled inventory from customer locations. Product Swapping & Service: Efficiently swap out commercial entrance mats, runner mats, and anti-fatigue mats at various business entrances, high-traffic corridors, and production areas. Customer Relations: Represent the company professionally on site. Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries, feedback, or service adjustments. Vehicle & Safety Upkeep: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and strictly adhere to commercial driving regulations and safety protocols. Account Coordination: Communicate route updates, missed deliveries, or customer add-ons to management and account teams using mobile handheld scanning devices or paperwork. Qualifications & Requirements Driver’s License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (abstract required upon hire). Physical Stamina: Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, roll, and carry heavy loads (up to 50 lbs unassisted, and heavier loads with rolling carts/hand trucks) throughout an 5-8 hour shift. Experience: 1+ years of experience in route delivery, commercial driving, pickup/delivery, or physical labor (preferred, but training is provided). Customer Service Mindset: Personable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with business clients on-site. Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow daily routing schedules, manage inventory counts, and operate basic handheld digital devices. Criminal Record Check: Before hire, a criminal record check must be submitted to allow entry in certain customer locations Work Environment & Schedule Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday: 9am - 2pm, or 12pm - 5pm Physical Demands: Active, outdoor/indoor environment involving frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and climbing in and out of a delivery vehicle in varied weather conditions.
