Starting Pay: $180 Per Day | $900 Per Week | Paid Weekly Come Join Our Team! Sea-Hare Inc. is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our FedEx delivery team in Londonderry, NH! No delivery experience? No problem! We provide paid training and everything you need to get started. Whether you're coming from landscaping, construction, warehouse work, retail, or simply looking for a change, we'd love to hear from you. Why Work With Us? $180 per day starting pay — earn your full daily rate even when you finish your route early. $900 per week based on a standard five-day workweek. Sixth-Day Premium Pay! Drivers on our starting daily rate earn $270 for an approved sixth workday. Earn up to $1,170 in a six-day week when additional work is available, based on the $180 starting daily rate. Opportunities to earn up to $200 per day through performance-based increases. Paid weekly. Full-time, five-day schedules with consistent days off. Typical workday starts around 9 AM, with many routes finishing around 5 PM. Actual hours depend on daily volume and operating conditions. Additional workdays may be available. Paid training — no experience necessary! Company-provided delivery trucks, uniforms, and navigation equipment. Paid vacation for eligible employees. Group health insurance available after 90 days (employee-paid premiums). What Will You Be Doing? As a delivery driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering and picking up FedEx packages along an assigned route. Your day will include: Operating a company-provided delivery vehicle. Delivering packages to homes and businesses. Using our navigation technology to complete your route efficiently. Providing friendly, professional service to customers. Working independently while having support from our management team. What Are We Looking For? We're not looking for someone with a perfect resume. We're looking for someone dependable who wants to work! Our basic requirements are: Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical. Ability to safely handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance. Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently. No CDL, college degree, or previous delivery experience required!
