Duties Safely operate various vehicles including box trucks and courier vans to complete scheduled deliveries along designated routes Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling and secure placement of items Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any issues promptly Navigate routes efficiently using GPS technology, adhering to traffic laws and company policies to ensure timely deliveries Provide friendly, professional customer service by assisting with product placement and answering customer questions during delivery interactions Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and organizing shipments as needed Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of packages, sometimes requiring physical strength for bulky or heavy items Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with route driving and load management Warehouse experience is advantageous, especially involving the use of forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling equipment Valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL) or <PERSON> driver certification is required for operating larger vehicles like box trucks Proven ability to perform heavy lifting, moving items safely, and working in physically demanding environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Knowledge of driving safety protocols, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance practices Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise fuels our success!
