Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport products safely and reliably while creating a positive customer experience at every stop. You’ll plan and follow delivery routes, communicate clearly with clients, and support sales through helpful product recommendations and merchandising. This role combines driving, customer service, and hands-on work, including lifting and moving items. Responsibilities Drive delivery vehicles along assigned routes and transport products, including automobile transportation when required. Follow applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, traffic laws, and safe driving practices. Load, unload, and position products using safe lifting practices; perform heavy lifting as needed. Build customer relationships through professional client communication, responsive service, and appropriate upselling. Support retail store operations with merchandising, pricing checks, and organized delivery records. Qualifications Required: Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to meet applicable commercial driving requirements. Preferred: Commercial truck driving experience and familiarity with DOT regulations. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to build customer relationships. Comfortable with sales, upselling, pricing, and merchandising; retail store experience is a plus. Able to use basic math for order checks and transactions, follow routes, and safely lift and move products.
