Delivery Driver

Job Summary As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport orders safely and reliably while creating a positive customer experience at every stop. You’ll plan and follow routes, communicate clearly with clients, and support sales through product recommendations and merchandising. This role combines driving, physical work, and customer service in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Drive assigned routes and deliver products accurately, following applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safe driving practices. Load, unload, and transport items using safe lifting practices; heavy lifting may be required. Confirm orders, handle basic pricing questions, and use basic math to check quantities and transactions. Build customer relationships through professional client communication, responsive service, and appropriate upselling. Support merchandising and product presentation, and keep delivery records and work areas organized. Skills Required: Valid qualifications for the assigned vehicle and a safe driving record; commercial driving, route driving, or commercial truck driving experience is helpful. Required: Customer service, communication, organizational, and basic math skills. Ability to lift and move products safely; familiarity with safe lifting practices is important. Preferred: Retail store experience, sales, pricing, merchandising, or automobile transportation experience. Preferred: Experience building customer relationships and identifying appropriate upselling opportunities.
