Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Edwardsville location (120 E Vandalia St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Edwardsville area Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stop Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues promptly Navigate using GPS and mapping systems while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions and road safety Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any customer concerns Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery Willingness to pass a criminal background check MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
