Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Springfield location (544 W Jefferson St). As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and products directly to our valued customers throughout the Springfield area. This role offers the flexibility to work on your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Springfield and surrounding areas Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated responsibility and professional attitude Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and awareness MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
