Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Lincoln location on 415 Keokuk Street. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with the customers you serve. Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers throughout the Lincoln area Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer service Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment documentation Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Communicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a friendly demeanor Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle Manage cash and payment transactions accurately and securely Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior Collaborate with the team to meet daily delivery targets and support operational goals Qualifications Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude Excellent time management and organizational abilities Knowledge of local roads and navigation skills (GPS proficiency is a plus) Ability to lift and carry packages safely and efficiently Clear communication skills, both verbal and written Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs Basic vehicle maintenance awareness and responsibility Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely A commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
