Job Description We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Decatur location (1135 W. Wood). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every delivery is completed efficiently, safely, and with a smile. Operate a vehicle safely and responsibly while delivering products to customers throughout the Decatur area Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations Provide friendly, professional customer service at every delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Preferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
