Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Imperial, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, ensuring that every package reaches our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. This role offers the perfect opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive and collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers throughout the Imperial area Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service while minimizing fuel consumption Load, unload, and transport packages with care, maintaining accurate inventory records Provide friendly and professional customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns Maintain detailed delivery logs and documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices Communicate proactively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or obstacles Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older Access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery purposes Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standards Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Physical stamina and capability to work in various weather conditions Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate and complete deliveries Problem-solving skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar routes independently Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery Additional Information MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
