We're seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our location at 1613 S 9th St. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our valued customers throughout the St. Louis area. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout St. Louis Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and ensuring accurate order delivery Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization to maximize delivery productivity Inspect vehicle daily for maintenance needs and report any mechanical issues promptly Handle cash and digital payments securely while maintaining transparency in all transactions Communicate professionally with customers and resolve any delivery-related concerns with empathy and professionalism Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior for a positive customer experience Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards Must pass a criminal background check Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items Valid proof of vehicle insurance and registration Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse customers Preferred: Previous delivery or customer-facing experience Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
