Job Description We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Louisville location on Preston Highway. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our success by ensuring timely, safe, and professional deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes and timeframes Navigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery efficiency and minimize travel time Load, unload, and transport packages and products in a careful and organized manner, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and collecting payments when applicable Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery confirmations, and any customer feedback or issues Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management immediately Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward satisfactory resolutions Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our company's professional standards Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery use Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific driving standards Must pass a criminal background check Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols Customer service experience is preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Additional Information BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
