Job Overview Mills Performance Supply Chain Consulting is seeking a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role involves coordinating with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule deliveries and coordinate transportation arrangements. Track shipments, monitor delivery times, and address delays. Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams. Maintain accurate delivery records, shipping documents, and reports. Resolve delivery issues and provide timely status updates. Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company procedures and delivery requirements. Qualifications Experience in delivery coordination, logistics, or transportation preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics or tracking systems. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
